The repair and maintenance of church buildings is an important and necessary part of Church life.
Any alteration, modification or redevelopment of church or hall buildings (other than minor repairs, routine maintenance or like-for-like replacements) that is owned by the URC must first be approved by the Synod Property Committee before work can take place.
