Visionary Companions and Interim Moderators (in-person and online)
WHAT: VCs and IMs support congregations through change and transition, often when a Minister leaves a pastorate; VCs help the congregation envision their ministry moving forward and IMs come in if the congregation discerns they will call a Minister of Word and Sacrament; these trainings provide initial and ongoing support for those called to serve as VCs and IMs and for those discerning this call
