It is not often that URC Music Day is held at a church where one of the members is a leading hymn writer. So it is a great pleasure to have been invited to Parkgate & Neston URC by Alan Gaunt, our Honorary President, and we look forward to singing some of his newer hymns, with new music composed by Tony Davies, one of the church’s organists. Music Day will truly celebrate, then, the good gifts of those around us, not only those who write and compose but also those who select and choose music for the worship of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Coffee and tea on arrival, during the breaks and at lunchtime are covered by the cost for the day. A light buffet lunch will also be provided.
£10 per member of URC Music and £12.50 for non-members.
