Visionary Companions and Interim Moderators (in-person and online)
WHAT: Visionary Companions and Interim Moderators support congregations through change and transition, often when a Minister leaves a pastorate. VC’s help the congregation envision their ministry moving forward and IMs come in if the congregation discerns they will call a Minister of Word and Sacrament. These training sessions provide initial and ongoing support for those called to serve as VCs and IMs and for those discerning this call.
