The next Southern Synod Together Meeting is being held at East Croydon URC on Saturday 12th March, from 10.30 am to 4.30 pm
The theme of the meeting will be Missional Discipleship and the Revd Richard Church, the URC Deputy General Secretary, Discipleship is the guest speaker.
Invitations from the Synod Clerk are going out today and tomorrow (either by e-mail or by post if you do not have an e-mail address), and go to everyone on the Synod Roll, including all Ministers, Retired Ministers and Synod Together Reps. Apologies should be sent to Lauren Kane ( [email protected] ) by Friday 4 March. If no apology is received it will be assumed you will be attending and catering etc. will be on that basis.

Remember, all Synod Together Representatives are expected to attend, otherwise your church membership will not be represented in any of the votes. If you cannot go, please find an alternate and inform Lauren together with all their contact details. (Synod Representatives for 2016 have been notified to us through the 2016 Annual Church Returns which were due to be completed by 31 January: if your Church Return is late, the invitation will have gone to the 2015 Synod Representative.)
