My friend Robert Senior is an artist and one of the major projects he has been working on is covering the bare walls either side of the nave at St Joseph’s Church Aldershot with oil paintings – some of them huge. The paintings cover the Bible from Genesis on-wards. Robert has been working on the project for many years, the parish providing the cost of materials, and the project is now near completion, the last major canvas having been installed at the end of April. The choir loft has been Robert’s studio.
