REFUGEES PROJECT OFFICER (KENT)
This is a post developed in partnership with Kent Refugee Action Network (KRAN) and Migrant Help. As Refugee Project Officer (Kent) for the Diocese, the role will lead on the Diocese’s work with refugees, and develop further the partnerships with existing stakeholders. (There will also be a colleague officer working in Calais, yet to be appointed).
• To develop and deliver strategically the Diocese’s work with refugees.
• To engage with stakeholder organisations with whom the Diocese already works, and new organisations.
• To co-ordinate volunteer needs and venue requirements by other stakeholder organisations to ensure local delivery of
hospitality and training.
